Bucharest is among the lowest rent deposits in Europe

Logistics and industrial rents in Bucharest are maintained at levels in late 2009 and are among the lowest in Europe, only in Lyon, Antwerp and Brussels registering the lowest values​​, according to a study of the real estate company Knight Frank, cited by Mediafax.

In other capitals in Central and South East Europe rents are higher than in Bucharest, Warsaw, reaching about 80 euros / sqm / year and in Budapest and Prague over 60 euro / sqm / year.

“Demand on the Bucharest market is currently focused on relatively small areas of 1000-10000 square meters. Developers continue to be cautious, usually built on request, we make speculative projects are located just outside Bucharest, Ploiesti and Timisoara, “reads the study.

The most expensive rents in Europe industrial and logistics space in London (about 155 Euro / sqm / year), Geneva (130 euro / sqm / year), Stockholm (110 euro / sqm / year) and Moscow (90 euro / sqm / year).
